We received an upgrade without even asking! It was a beautiful room, clean and well equipped. The views were incredible. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of variety and good coffee. The walk to our room was a bit far, but there was often someone in a golf cart willing to give us a ride. No hair conditioner. Beach was pebbly /small, but private.
We had an exceptional experience. The hotel is beautiful and impressive, excellent location, a very inviting and comfortable private beach, excellent facilities and varied and delicious food. The staff was lovely and took care of everything we asked for in a kind and caring way. We received above and beyond what we expected.
